Dinesh Mangaru
Founder & CEO
D Dinesh is a technology executive, adviser and social entrepreneur who has over 25 years of experience of transforming organisations, increasing employee engagement and growing customer value.
During his career, he has held a number of global leadership roles, including CIO of Europe, Middle East and Africa and Global Lead on Digital Innovation at British American Tobacco.
Since founding C.I.KNOW, Dinesh has held the positions of CTO and Senior Technology Adviser at Twinings Ovo and Programme Director at IAG Tech, which drives technology at global aviation companies.
Richard Bradley
Head of IT Transformation
Richard is a highly regarded IT leader with extensive experience of working as a CIO. This has involved him managing regional IT operations, overseeing large teams, partnering with senior business stakeholders, developing regional IT strategies and implementing large-scale IT projects.
Most recently, Richard has acted as an IT business consultant, which has included him managing IT transformation activities at catering company Do&Co, and leading on key IT projects at Twinings Ovo.
Leslie Rance
Advisory board
Leslie is a partner at the strategy consultancy firm Mindofafox. He’s also a non-executive director on the boards of two non-profit organisations in the UK and a business advisor to a growing global technology company.
In addition, Leslie is a Fellow of the Aspen Institute’s Global Leadership Network and the African Leadership Initiative and a certified associate integral coach. He’s currently studying for a diploma in corporate governance.
Adheesh Budree
Advisory board
Adheesh worked and consulted in the IT and economics sectors for over a decade before moving into academia. He is currently an Associate Professor in Information Systems at the University of Cape Town, with a research focus on the socio-economics of technology and analytics.
In addition, Adheesh sits on the board of the E-commerce Forum South Africa (EFSA) and has consulted and worked with the South African government at a local, provincial and national level, as well as the World Trade Organisation and the United Nations concerning numerous socio-economic and technology related issues.
Being a life-long learner and a passionate educator and story-teller, Adheesh holds an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of London (SOAS), an MA in Creative Writing from the University of Cape Town and a PhD in Information Systems from the University of the Western Cape.
